Political Analysis

Politics is a moving feast. And a fast one at that.

And whether its the policies, the issues or the people themselves, political change can have a major impact on the local climate and how a scheme is perceived.

So, not only is it important to understand the here and now, but its arguably more important to know where your project will be in 3, 6, 12 months time and who is going to be around to take an interest at that time.

At GKA, we don't like surprises. So we try to avoid them by thinking ahead, predicting what issues a project will face throughout its lifetime and making sure the strategy takes these into account.

In depth political analysis is usually the starting point for our ongoing involvement on a project but we are happy to provide one-off advice on some or all of the following:

  • Analysis of national and local election results
  • Predictions of future election outcomes
  • Implications of emerging national and local planning policy on political decision making
