Quite simply – keep people informed.

All too often, schemes encounter unnecessary opposition because the local community is not aware of what is going on. This leads to speculation, gossip and scaremongering which can have a terminal impact on a planning application.

At GKA, we adopt a proactive approach and ensure the right people are briefed with the correct information, so that the decision makers have access to undistorted facts at the end of the process.
