However, this is what we have been doing for the last 25 years. Community engagement is not simply a process. It needs to have an identified outcome and be part of a wider programme of communication in order to deliver successful development projects. Development proposals can often be controversial, which can make engagement difficult. This is where we work best and add the most value.
